Chef Rosy Walker at Rosy Chatsworth Catering cooks on site in her stunning home and opens her unique venue, a spacious yet intimate garden, to people who want somewhere private and totally unexpected to entertain or celebrate a special occasion.
In Rosy’s garden is a secluded pavilion which seats up to 24 people. Using the pavilion and the twinkling patio in front, (the patio can be covered by a marquee in case of inclement weather) up to 65 guests can be seated with enough space for a small band and dancing. Behind the pavilion is an enchanted garden with a weeping willow tree, ferns, established fruit trees and a medley of colourful blooms with many flickering candles in the evening. There is space for at least 100 people to stand or sit and enjoy a cocktail party or a buffet lunch or dinner. All the food is made by Rosy, and she has a team of gorgeous butlers who provide discreet and utterly professional service.
Parties, weddings, Christenings, dinners, luncheons, conferences, hen do’s, kid’s birthday parties, concerts and photo shoots have all been held here and have all been happy and successful events.
Rosy’s style of cooking encompasses a broad range of dishes from spicy Indian curries, delicate Japanese sushi, throwing a steak on the BARBIE, and English High Tea, French classical, Oriental delights, buffets with traditional but more often signature dishes, all with a strong emphasis on taste, colour and flair.
Catering at your chosen venue is something Rosy is also adept at doing, and does her movable feast with aplomb and style.
